Ward was born at MonroeLouisianaon 14 April1976. Monroe Christian School is a Christian-only private school for children of all ages. She was a student at Ouachita High School to pursue her second year of studies. But, she transferred to River Oaks High School after the school year ended. After a short period of time, after graduation, she attended Northeast Louisiana University. Ward began modeling when she was thirteen and left her high school to go in New York. She attempted acting later in the year. In 1970she first appeared in an uncredited role in the soap-opera All My Children and was later cast in the short-lived NBC prime-time teen-drama Malibu Shores. Then, in late 1996Ward got a job in the daytime soap opera Sunset Beach where she portrayed the sexually virginal Meg Cummings. She began her film career, starring on The In Crowd as psychotic Brittany Foster. While the film failed to earn money at the theatre however it did well in the world of cable and DVD. Ward played a support role in Shallow Hal the following year. The other roles she has played include several direct-to DVD films as well as the role of a guest on TV series, such as Friends. In 2009she got the part of Chloe Kmet kothe mother of a young gymna ston the ABC Family drama show Make It or Break It which was part of the cast during the first two seasons of the show. She also had a personal life. married the producer David C. Robinson and had a son named Cameron with him.
